That is what we have been hearing these past few months. Many times, it's the chair. Yes, it's the chair!
Your choices to help your back feel better are to either change your chair or modify your existing chair. Buying a new chair is a great solution. However, this takes a greater financial investment and some research to find the right chair for your body type.
In the meantime, an easier and less costly solution is to modify your existing seating system by adding some pillows. One of the pillows that many people add is a round lumbar pillow. This pillow might be right for some people, but not all people.
